We offer a 28 day returns policy.

 

All goods should be returned in their original unused condition, i.e with all original packaging and item labels attached.

 Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs back to us.
 

To return an item for a refund:

Please place a note inside the parcel with your Order Number, full name, address, and state that you would like a refund. Please also state your reason for returning the item back to us.

 

To return an item for an exchange:

 

Please place a note inside the parcel with your Order Number, full name, address and what you would like to exchange the item for, along with £3.50 to cover return postage back to yourself.
